David Moore

About

David Moore is the founder and Managing Partner at Knightvest. Under David’s leadership, Knightvest has acquired over 55,000 units at a total capitalization of approximately $10.0 billion.  Since inception, Knightvest has sold over 15,000 units with an average IRR and multiple of over 30% and 2.2x, respectively.  David focuses on the strategic direction, acquisitions, and asset management of the Company.

Prior to founding Knightvest Capital in 2007, David was the Director of Investments for Macfarlan Capital Partners, a private-equity real estate firm focused on a diverse range of real estate. Prior to joining Macfarlan Capital Partners, David worked at HFF, Prudential Capital, and Arthur Andersen.

David holds a B.B.A. in Finance from  the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from SMU, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
