Nelson is an Analyst on the Asset Management team at Knightvest. In this capacity he is responsible for analytical support and works closely with Senior Management to provide financial analysis, investor and lender reporting, and forecasting to assist with strategic decision-making. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2024, Nelson was a Consultant at RSM US LLP, driving advisory services for gaming and hospitality clients in the tribal sector.

Nelson holds a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Oklahoma – Price College of Business.
